What mentees say

“Elbert is so kind, approachable, supportive, and, most important of all, warm-hearted. I came to the session with general questions about career paths in design (and my doubts about my life choices. He shared his experiences and insights and listened to me carefully and patiently. He has a genuine passion for design and motivation for finding life's purposes, which have inspired me a lot.”

“I really enjoyed the mentoring session with Elbert. He gave me very insightful and practical advice on my case study presentation. He also gave me tips on how to relax before interviews. Awesome mentor!”

“The best thing about my session with Elbert was he listened to what I was worrying about my job hunt process and my overall portfolio worries. He motivated me to pursue new crazy ideas that are fun to design. This session inspires me”
