I am El. A structured and innovative HR Executive and experienced HR Project Manager with a proven track record on translating business vision into successful HR initiatives. Throughout my experience I was acting also as an Employer Branding Strategist focused on brand awareness, reputation management, and lead generation. I consider myself capable of handling complex HR issues, crisis scenarios and challenging recruitment situations. Recently I have gained a master in NLP studies to embrace the change in communication, relationships etc. I have managed and lead teams of recruiters in the past and on my current role I am managing HR teams at an international level in different countries.
