About Elena Escrivá de Romaní Pérez

I'm a founder, product leader and commercial pilot currently building FuelVision, a climate tech company helping airlines reduce emissions through behavioural and operational change.
Over the last few years I've had the chance to wear most of the hats that come with building a startup. Product, design, customer discovery, partnerships, enterprise sales, fundraising, hiring, strategy and occasionally whatever else needed doing that week.
What I enjoy most is helping founders and product leaders work through difficult decisions. Whether it's finding product-market fit, prioritising what to build, selling to enterprise customers, building a team or navigating uncertainty, I've probably wrestled with a version of it myself.
My background spans aviation, technology and behavioural science, but I'm generally most useful when a problem sits between disciplines rather than neatly within one.
I mentor from the perspective of an active founder who's still building, still learning and still making those decisions every day.
