Eatch Robotic Kitchen Technology™ provides the world's most efficient and flexible way to cook high-quality, individually-cooked meals for production kitchens. 

When our collaboration began, their focus was on entering the B2C market with a vision to introduce a food delivery service in Amsterdam I played a pivotal role in shaping a distinctive brand strategy and a user-friendly mobile app. The goal was to encapsulate the company's values and convey a message that celebrated the ease of maintaining a daily habit of fresh and healthy eating with Eatch.

However, there was a strategic shift, leading them to channel their efforts more intensely into the B2B market. Central to this shift was their innovative technology that became the foundation for our work on the new brand strategy and the software. 

Responsibilities:
+ strategic analysis of competition, consumer insight, and trends/food market
+ develop the new brand strategy and kit
+ conceptualize and execute designs for digital design, product shoots, packaging, and offline material
+ ensure rich and effective user stories are defined for development sprints
+ UX/UI and visual design of the mobile/software application
+ documentation of new design rules, patterns, systems, and style guides (system design)
+ manage resources to ensure the delivery and within budget
+ working according to Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Movieday is building the first marketplace for movies. The first platform that digitizes and innovates the film distribution chain. To offer tools that make the live experience competitive, increasing revenues for cinemas and distributors, and generating social impact. Stakeholders: distributors, theaters, and moviegoers. 

We created a completely digital supply chain for the film industry, that puts technology at the center to create a paradigm shift. A circular value chain that brings together and balances its players offering each of them the products and services they need.

Responsibilities:
+ define and communicate an inspiring vision, with clear strategic priorities for the business
+ responsible for finding patterns in subpar work and proposing quality bar improvements 
+ ensure rich and effective user stories are defined for development sprints
+ design and update the digital platforms with UX/UI and visual design
+ documentation of new design rules, patterns, systems, and style guides (system design)
+ lead strategy and development of all creative assets ensuring a consistent brand across channels 
+ provide creative and strategic documents for pitch and business presentation
+ working according to Agile/SCRUM methodologies

I managed the discovery, selection, and hiring of the artists on the platform alongside the other curators. Once we decide to get a new artist in, I help to sign in the contracts and to choose the best art to publish on the web.

They call me in when they were still Glossom, a social tool for creatives. I created the new brand and product strategy for the evolution of the company, Arthewall, a marketplace that provided art advice to interior designers, architects, and whoever needs to decorate a wall with art. A place of research and promotion of international emerging artists brimming with talent and creativity with a physical store in Genoa.

I was responsible for the new product strategy that turned the company from a social network (Glossom) to an e-commerce site, with a strong focus on the promotion of emerging artists. Working closely with the team, I created the product trying to match the business strategy and enter the competition with an innovative offer that wants to suggest sets of art and a customized service to everyone who has to decor a wall with one or more artworks, such as hotels, restaurants or private houses.

Utopya is an agency in the south of Italy that promote excellence from the Apulia region. I worked closely with local entrepreneurs, artists, and small local manufacturers.

We develop brand and digital solutions for: Gabriella Chieffo niche perfume, Biancocave well known for extracting the "leccese" stone, and other local companies.  

Responsabilities:

+ coordinate with business and corporate marketing in order to assure design, implementation and deployment of convergent products and services according to commercial propositions roadmap and customer base management

As the CEO of Stereomood, I initiate and oversee various tasks outside of the daily production and the lead creative strategy, including: coordinate all relevant units to set up specific projects for new acquisition and for contract renewal, defining time, costs and processes to guarantee the best customer experience.

Took part in the European cross-disciplinary team to launch the redesign of Disney.it, incorporating new sections and features, and focusing on a completely new user experience based on video and interactive sections. 

Working collaboratively with the team, I created wireframes and layouts for the new platform, graphics for the daily site updates (mini-site, banner, sponsorship, competition and newsletters, promotional materials) and I delivered custom projects for other departments, Disney Channel, and 3 Mobile Network, working on the Disney Mobile products (packaging, promotional
materials, and video production).

In 2009 I co-founded Stereomood, a streaming service that plays music according to your mood. In 2011 we were attracting over 1M unique users per month and we raised €700K from Italian investors with the chance to emerge from the world-crowded music scene.

Together with the founders, I created the product strategy and I coordinated the team with processes, procedures, and systems in order to guarantee our customers the best quality of brand, and service, according to company strategy. 

With the click of a button or the expression of the current mood via a semantic input type on the homepage, you could listen to the music that fits your mood. Our music player allowed listening to music without being forced to choose a genre, an artist, or an album. The mood-based program was an insight that gives rise to a new listening experience, perfect for those who were ready to open up for different or unexpected discoveries, as well as those who don’t have enough time to create the best soundtrack for their day.

The Steremood algorithm grouped songs together under relevant playlists, with moods ranging from the straight-forward – calm, melancholy, dreamy – to the situational – just woke up, busy as a bee, dinner with friends, "afrodesiac". It sourced the music from the best independent music blogs worldwide with an editorial team on the back.

Stereomood won several prizes including the Official Honoree in the music category at the Webby Award 2011 and RCS Digital Publishing Prize 2011 as the most innovative Italian startup in Digital Publishing.
