Shape the design vision for the Payroll Platform Solution that is used to automate and adapt our product to local HR policies, working in triad with Engineering and Product Management Directors.

- Lead and driving excellence of a team 1 to 7 designers. 
- Improve performance time and automation of payroll experience.
- Strategic research to design end to end Payroll experience. 
- Partner with Engineers, CS, compliance, stakeholders, to understand both customers, operational & business needs. 
- UX advocate and coach of engineers and product managers to increase user-centered practices.
- Define product roadmap, team organization, OKRs and hiring strategy. 
- Partner with other design directors and VPs to raise the quality bar of our practice.

Built and scaled PayFit’s in-house Design Studio, leading system design, UX research, and design strategy. Expanded the team and scaled the Design System across the platform, including low-code. Partnered with leadership to shape design operations and talent strategy.

Led a cross-functional team of 10 UX/UI designers in redesigning Sodexo's multinational Employee Benefits Rewards portal across web and mobile platforms. Established cohesive design systems and brand identity while ensuring seamless experiences across multiple countries.

Drove all phases of user research, defined and facilitated co-creation workshops, and provided strategic consulting to clients. Created scenarios, prototypes, and conducted comprehensive user testing to validate solutions.

Maintained a transversal role across multi-squad "tribe" projects, ensuring coherent user experiences while guiding client product vision. Established DesignOps and ResearchOps frameworks to optimize design governance and operations, creating scalable design processes that improved team efficiency and output quality.

Hexagon is a User Experience Design community in France of women and non-binary individuals in UX who support each other through mentoring, sharing experiences and fostering growth at all stages of our careers. With now over 175 alumni and 7 cohorts, our Ethos is to reduce the gender gap in the tech industry and leverage designers leadership potential.

Conducted UX research and product design for various projects, including:
- French paramedics app: Field research and business model workshops to optimize patient transport experiences.
- Airline landing gear maintenance platform: UXR including 18 user interviews across 15 countries to shape digital after-sales services.
- Retail inventory app: Led ideation workshops, prototyping, and usability testing in 4 countries.

Led UX research and design for digital transformation projects across industries (Sanofi, Airbus, L’Oréal, Hermes, Japan Tobacco International). Conducted user research, problem framing, and strategy workshops to enhance business applications (Intranets, CRM, ERP, analytics). Collaborated with product owners and engineers to prototype, test, and refine user flows and information architecture.

Air Paris is an advertising and communications agency, specialized in the fashion, fragrance, jewellery, spirits and beauty industries. As a digital project manager and UX designer, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the agency’s digital experience projects starting from ideation to design development and production. I Also participate in new business pitches, by benchmarking and developing  360° concept ideas, briefing and coordinating design teams to build the digital experience proposals.

Tasks include :
- Client relations, managing designers, contractors, and web developers. 
- Setting deadlines and launching objectives. Analysing and reporting results.	
- Defining the user experience and ergonomics of the site by providing wireframes, site workflows and specifications guidelines for the client and developers.
- Developing communications material for off and online campaigns
- Testing websites through the QC period before launch.
