One of The Knot Worldwide's main sources of revenue is the advertising spend from wedding vendors. Wedding vendors in the USA use the product I work on, WeddingPro, to manage their storefronts.

*Success Metrics*
- New product MVP preserved annual contract value of ~ $2.5M
- New product test lifted engagement by 27%
- 100% of users completed redesigned onboarding flow in the first week of pilot

Vacasa is the leading full-service vacation rental property management company in the US with over 35,000 properties under management across the country.

I was the Product Designer on the Owner Growth team helping Vacasa acquire new homeowners through organic channels. My designs converted homeowners to qualified leads and eventually signed contracts.

*Success Metrics*
- Brand new app for salespeople decreased over-quoting which, in the long run, could decrease preventable churn by approximately 50% which would save Vacasa $21M/yr.
- Redesigned top-of-funnel lead gen flow increased MQL conversion through web forms by 8% and scheduled calls with salespeople by 75%. Scheduled calls are 90% more likely to convert to an SQL than web form leads.
- Redesigned contract signing app increased adoption by 300% which increased sales efficiency and track-ability of customer behavior
- Redesigned proposal distribution app increased likelihood of customer conversion by 5%
