* Act as a subject matter expert on strategic design and business transformation.
* Partner with senior leadership to foster a culture of design thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the organisation to ensure design decisions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Teach Service Design, Human-Centric design and Employee Experience. for middle management to C-level. Facilitate workshops worldwide with up to 250 participants.

*Conducting deep user research to understand needs and pain points.
*Mapping customer journeys and identifying areas for improvement.
*Prototyping and testing service concepts.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
*Ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
*Advocating for user-centric approaches and continuous improvement.
*Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of design culture within the organization.

* User-centred designer and researcher. 
*Working in multidisciplinary teams with the support of a Design Lead or Senior Designer. *Contributing to the formation of the design team.
