Being the only designer

Discovering, delivering and improving design for AI SaaS healthtech products.

I led the Discovery and research phase for the new Oncologia D'Or website, collaborating with stakeholders, doctors, nurses, managers, and customer service. This resulted in delivering a UX strategy and platform design, emphasizing the promotion of high-tech services, the specialized doctor team, training courses for specialists, and streamlining patient appointment scheduling. The design solution was well-received and served as inspiration for updating the Design System across the entire digital product ecosystem of Rede D'Or.

- I acted as ux research, doing in-depth interviews with users and discovering their needs
- I mentored a team of 4 product designers, building and overseeing functions such as product design, service design and ux research, in the process discovery phases
- I act as strategic designer to develop a platform concept, serving the head office, the franchised network and the end user

- Along with the office leadership, I used the intrapreneurship approach
to create a business unit to serve clients in the wave of pandemic digital acceleration, bringing the best UX design methods and research processes.
- I worked as a product designer strategist, enabling a long-term vision of digital products to guide the team and make decisions easier to clients.
- I led ux/ui designers and ux writers to develop unique digital brand experiences, such as mobile and desk web sites, landing pages, apps and e- commerces.
- I worked hands-on in user interfaces solving briefing cases, researching with stakeholders and users, prototyping solutions and testing them.

I address the various facets of the mindset of the entrepreneur who works directly in the Brazilian creative market. We talk about market X technology transformations, we shed light on the attitudes necessary to build a solid professional positioning that allows us to navigate changes. The course talks about structuring your own finances, proposals and contract models, dissemination strategies and channels.

- I was design director and responsible for designs focused on communication for clients in the food, beverage and fashion sector.
- I worked to collect briefings and understanding of medium and long-term business objectives, always keeping in mind the construction and positioning of brands.
- I interviewed hired and led other designers for visual design roles.

Kola is an exclusive wallpaper design brand founded in 2011.

- I created and structured product lines and collections in the discovery phase, by doing desk research and user interviews
- I designed and directed the UX/UI design for a B2C e-commerce platform to support a phigital product strategy
- I interviewed hired and led other designers for specific projects and deliverables
- I made relationships and partnered with chain suppliers who manufactured, delivered and posted all the products
- I designed special collections focused on the Leroy Merlin phisical stores, fashion bloggers and influencers in a need to scale the business, increase sales and brand awerness
- Kola's service was requested by the corporate sector for design signage projects. A new B2B service became one of the biggest business income. I counted more than 50 companies served, such as EDP, Allergan, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Santander, Google, Sabesp, among others.

Part of Leo Burnett Brasil's first digital team, I served consumer goods and women's segments such as Always, Karsten, Dr. Oetker. I created keyvisuals and digital campaigns such as websites and landingpages for the final user.

I worked as an interface and interaction designer for the e-commerce platform Esprit.de and Esprit.eu, where I was able to dive into the emerging fashion market. Together with a multi-cultural team, I came into contact with the first approaches to what is now called ux/ui.

I worked with clients such as Yazigi, Microsoft and Nestlé to design the best interactive experiences and brand stories, through institutional campaigns, directing the UXUI Design for the landingpages and websites.

Brands pioneered the internet with institutional and lead capture campaigns. I worked as an Interface Designer to deploy global and local concepts in direct marketing on websites and landing pages for clients such as Telefonica, Ford, Motorola.

Beginning of the 2000s, how to facilitate the inclusion of people in the digital universe through their own website? That was the beginning of my journey. At a time when everything was potential for the internet hpG emerged as the first free hosting service with a website virtual assistant and templates for all types of segments and industries.
- My job was to design the interfaces, flowcharts and service design as well leading a team of 5 junior designers.
