- Analyzed the process flow of product distribution from the distributor warehouse to store availability.
- Worked with sales personnel to evaluate the order-taking process and aim to increase the order rate.
- Evaluated product availability in several stores against the Outlet Assortment Guide (OAG).
- Assessed the implementation of product merchandising in MTI stores according to the merchandising guide.

2. Learning for Development Team, Human Resources Department
- Planned and conducted a study on the effectiveness of the e-learning platform at L’Oréal Indonesia.
- Analyzed problems to design and implement strategies to increase employees’ awareness and motivation to engage in regular learning through the e-learning platform (through interviews, data analysis, and benchmarking).
- Prepared and implemented the strategy (created campaign days, prepared campaign materials, and conducted one-on-one sessions to introduce the platform content), ensuring the implementation went smoothly.

1. Conducted evaluation of the monitoring and data recording of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions (CO2) resulting from supporting units in the operation of an oil and gas plant that uses fuel and performs combustion. The evaluation is conducted based on the API compendium.
