Design Lead of EMMA by AXA App- AXAHK insurance application.

• Working on-site in AXA, contributing the product-design for an online App project, convert the business and public users requirements into feature designs of Health and Life Insurance products.
• Join Emma team in Dec 2018, and helping on the feature design of payee services.
• Conduct the user research, and develop the customer journey, generate thoughtful UX solutions and UI design for the IT team to develop web, OS and Android versions of the digital project.

•  Contributing the product-design for Social Career's project which is a volunteer recruitment and management platform that enables to do matching of skill-based volunteers and NGOs . 
  •  Generate and designed the most features of the platform. 
  •  Conduct the user research, and develop the customer journey, generate a thoughtful UX solutions and UI design for the IT team to develop web, OS and Android versions of Social Career.

•  Working in Strategic Department, and help clients to develop online customer journey, organizing workshops to help clients understanding their business, conducting user research, generate digital UX solutions which included: personas, storyboards, sketching, and deliver certain information architecture, site map, wireframe, interactive prototype.

•  Working with Brand Strategic Team to design branding strategy for clients; generate UX solutions which includes personas, storyboards, sketching, and deliver certain information architecture, site map, wireframe, interactive prototype.

•  Worked with Senior UX Designer to generate an appropriated UX solution to Middle-East Clients, and deliver certain information architecture, site map, wireframe.
•  Projects: Dubai Airport website revamp, Bankdofar website, Dohar airport website revamp (user research).

•  Working in cross-functional teams, especially Marketing Department, web programmers and project stakeholders to plan the design strategy, optimizing user experience, and deliver the information architecture, creating a conceptual sketch, flow diagrams, wireframe, mockup and visual design / page layout, tools to support the complete cohesive user experience.

•  Working with UX designer for Web design, UI design, wireframe, mockup and UAT.
•  Taken part of front-end development in HTML, CSS and Jquery.

•  Assisting a team of Scientific Doctors to convert their ideas of e-learning materials into digital product which were including concept flows, wireframe, storyboard, mockup of the website and interactive games, realistic drawing, etc.
