In my current role, I'm advancing a culture of ethical research and design practices across SAP in a way that proactively informs how teams build intelligent product experiences that all people love.

My focus includes Product Inclusion, Responsible AI, and Sustainability with an emphasis on product impact. My team generates deep and actionable insight on these topics, establishes principles, and operationalizes frameworks that guide and empower teams.
