- Build up UXUI team from scratch and  be fully responsible for all UXUI topics within whole group/company of APAC business.

-Designed information architecture and interaction flow over 12 projects for system and app on multi-platform (automotive embedded infotainment system,  mobile and portable navigation device) . 
-Engaged automotive OEM customer including Toyota, Honda and provided solutions to products for Middle-East, Africa, Philippines, China, India, South Korea and US markets.
-Conducted  competitive analysis and benchmark research for automotive and wearable device products, transformed to insights for product design.

-Planned roadmaps and defined spec over 5 projects for automotive service apps based on CAN bus APIs.
-Cooperated with product planning, engineering and marketing teams for embedded infotainment system integration. 
-Managed schedule, risk, budget and quality of outsource development and 3rd party app incorporation.

-Coordinated with marketing department for app publishing.

-Designed storyboard, interaction flow and playability for social games on Facebook and  edutainment apps on IOS platforms. 
-Conducted user research, analyze and transform to insights for game design implementation. 
-Led quality assurance team of 8 members, managed testing schedules, tracked defeats and reported risk evaluation to authorities.
