At Zipcar, I design experiences that make car-sharing effortless. My job is to make sure that finding, booking, and driving a Zipcar feels smooth and intuitive, whether you're a first-time user or a longtime member. I work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to fine-tune key experiences, from onboarding to billing, using real user insights and design systems. My job is to help people get where they need to go.
