GrowthTO is the largest community of growth and product practitioners in Toronto with 2,500 members and counting. GrowthTO is all about teaching people how to integrate ‘growth’ into their product and teams. Our aim is to demystify growth and enable individuals to put these tools into practice.

First growth and marketing hire. Built the foundation for product growth, onboarding, program launches and partner messaging. Worked closely with customer success, product, development, and sales to create new channels and features for both partners and companies. Created new channels for marketplace promotion and engagement, while helping shape the culture for new hires at GrowSumo. GrowSumo (YC '15) helps companies like Evernote, Intuit, and SMBs quickly and cost-effectively generate leads and close new business through advocate and reseller channels.

Tilt is the fastest growing crowdfunding platform in the world. This Y-Combinator (2012) backed start-up, based in San Francisco, has now exploded internationally to provide global users an easy way to collect money between friends.

As part of the growth team, I have executed countless experiments aimed at improving user growth and retention. Working alongside the UK, France, Netherlands, San Francisco and Canadian team I have created assets for international expansion, community management and communication funnels. In addition, I have managed and hired over 1300 ambassadors across Canada, while optimizing the ambassador program rewards and onboarding process.

Lastly, I have focused on automating and leaning internal operations to boost tilts and user activity. Using data collected from experiments, I continue to develop, design and implement scalable growth strategies.

Carnivore Club is a subscription-based meat-of-the-month club. Curating boxes from artisans around the world, Carnivore Club utilizes its network to connect end-users with unusual and delicious selections. 

As Marketing and Brand Manager for Carnivore Club, I played a key role in branding and optimizing their communications funnel. Utilizing consumer data, I created online marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer retention. During my time, we received the e-Commerce innovation award by Canada Post for our quirky marketing tactics.

Blue Planet Environmental aims to restore water to a near-perfect oxygen saturation. As a consultant, I have worked on several products geared toward sustainability, pond-restoration, and drinking water purification. Additionally, I have helped brand and launch their new line of white-labelled oxygenated drinking water.
