I've worked with digital content for 10+ years, shifting from marketing to content design. I've founded a UX writing practice and built an entire style guide on my own, and now I enjoy helping shape small team practices.
My favorite parts of content design are diagramming and untangling messes, collaborative problem solving, and connecting the dots between projects and opportunities across an organization.
