With over 14 years of experience in growth and digital commerce, I have a proven track record of delivering results and value for global brands (such as Pampers, Tide and Taobao) and consumers across diverse markets (China and US) and industries (CPG and tech).

I currently work as a Go-To-Market Manager at Google, driving direct-to-consumer growth strategies for Google hardware products.Prior to Google, I’ve worked on growth marketing at Alibaba and trade marketing at Procter & Gamble. I hold an MBA in General Management from MIT Sloan school of business.

When I was at MIT, I worked as a part-time Venture Scout for Y Combinator China to source, evaluate and perform due diligence on pre-seed through Series A e-commerce, fintech, and B2B SaaS startups.
