Senior Product Designer at Lendi
I'm a Senior Product Designer currently working at Lendi and previously consulting at Deloitte Digital. I focus on leading the design of digital products and experiences that deliver meaningful impact to businesses and their customers. I have end-to-end experience from strategy, research and service design to detailed UX and UI design for delivery and optimisation. While I have consulted across many industries, my focus is currently in fintech.
I have a passion for strategic design having worked on numerous new product ventures for start ups as well as large corporates. My interest in strategic design is coupled with the detail orientation required to successfully lead design streams in Agile project environments to deliver mobile and web solutions. This includes a focus on both qualitative research through talking with end customers as well as incremental improvements based on quantitative data.
I am a strong advocate for the customer which I balance with technical feasibility and business viability. I love creating beautiful and useful experiences from the ground up especially in ways that disrupt and improve upon previous thinking.
I also thoroughly enjoy helping others in Product grow and develop. My strong communication skills and experience has led to mentorship opportunities. I aim to improve my leadership skills whilst also help others improve in their focus areas.
