- In addition to my creative lead role, I manage EiE's digital social enterprise - BrandFlip; providing structured digital support to NGOs, CSOs, and non-profits in the social impact sector.

- Successfully led, maintained, and improved the visual representation of EiE Nigeria’s relevant information across traditional and digital platforms nationwide. This has also helped EiE Nigeria increase its reach and impact on a national/global level.

- Designed, developed and managed EiE's digital social enterprise - BrandFlip, providing structured support to NGOs, CSOs, and non-profits in the social impact sector.

- Designed and led the development of the EiE website/donation platform, providing a new, efficient, and effective tool for fundraising for various causes.

- Developed design guidelines for merchandising, conferences, and product design.

- Designed and developed microsites and web pages for key digital campaigns (UX/UI)

- Innovated visual styles/strategy for digital campaigns, significantly driving online engagement for EiE various digital platforms and causes.

- Managed stakeholders, tracked design issues, and implemented design and operational systems within the unit.

- Maintained database and retrieval system of all designs and references.

- Developed a scalable file naming nomenclature that works across units and departments.

- Performed mentorship/coaching of junior designers within the team, doing frequent pair and mob designing sessions, to help build/identify individual strengths/tasks where they are most suited / likely to perform.

- Performed graphical & image maintenance and updates for the Institution website, and webpages, ensuring the site is on brand.

- Created effective digital communications that accurately represent the CIB brand, enhancing online presence and reach.

- Built an online platform with a vision to democratize knowledge and empower people around the world with practical skills, and how-to-guides to do almost anything wherever, whenever you need to know how.

- Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that empowers users with clear, accurate, and actionable instructions.

- Championed the use of data and analytics to identify user needs and tailor content for maximum reach and effectiveness.

- Led the team that developed the digital assets for “iOpenHeavens”, a Christian meditation/daily devotional app. The app generated about $200,000 in revenue within the first year with an impressive retention rate of 70%, 500,000 users and $1million in Annual Recurring Revenue.

- Integrated content management systems into websites (using Wordpress, HTML 5 + CSS3) and third-party payment gateways for clients websites.

- Created and integrated social media platforms for clients projects and managed clients new media portfolios. 

- Trained clients on how to manage their websites using web development tools like WordPress.

- Played a key role in the brand aesthetic arm of Creo Consulting (STUDION), Innovating with brands in logo design, branding, and stationery development.

- Facilitated training for team members on new media technology and social media.
