I am Emmanuel Ben-Paul, a product designer and manager. With over five years of product and design experience and currently leading the Product and Design team at Grey Inc based in Nigeria, US, Canada and Kenya I have led and mentored younger designers that have gone ahead to work with some of the biggest tech companies in the world including Snap and Meta.

A number of junior designers time and again struggle to see the bigger picture and the roadmap for their careers. I often hear questions like "What do I need to do to work at Google in 5 years?" "How do I 10x my current income?"

While they are not completely bad questions, the understanding that providing value at whatever stage you are at while constantly getting better will take you higher than you can dream is what many fail to realise and with focus on your skill set and commitment to whatever is laid into your hands at whatever stage you find yourself may get you faster to your goal than you envisaged.

This and many more is what I provide to younger designers to help them navigate through their career decisions at whatever stage they may find themselves and become the best version of themselves.
