I helped defining the design strategy and the hiring and team-building strategy. Additionally, I conducted regular meetings to support and guide the team, ensuring they had the direction and resources needed to succeed. My involvement helped shape the foundation and growth trajectory of the startup’s design efforts.

During my time as Head of Product Design at PicPay, I successfully aligned business needs with user needs, not only providing direction but also deeply committing to journeys and experience delivery. 

I led my team in building the best possible experiences, enhancing PicPay's visual design language, and delivering a robust platform with multiple A/B tests and data-driven decisions.I established the macro design strategy and connected teams across the company, leading the base experience business unit where we improved the onboarding journey, app home, search, recommendations, and promotions, as well as tools for products in growth.

Leading a team with 2 design leaders and a team of 20 designers, including UX Writing, UX Research, and Product Designers, I focused on career development, team building, and mentoring through frequent 1:1 meetings.

Lead a product design team in the financial products business unit, creating the products:

I built a team that went from 2 to 15 designers, UX Writers and UX Researchers  to this business unit, hiring, mentoring and developing people.

PicPay is the largest Brazilian digital wallet. It simplifies the use of money, giving purchasing power and making life easier for more than 62 million users.
My day-to-day as a product designer consisted in making qualitative and quantitative research, with data-based decision making, which leads to the creation of high-fidelity app interfaces and prototypes, testing and evaluation of user journeys and adding value to the business and specially the user.

I was one of those responsible for creating PicPay's Design System, the Apollo Design System, the main design tool used to reduce engineering and design costs.

Praxio is a company that connects people, information, and technology experience, aiming to anticipate problems and deliver optimal solutions for our clients. We strive to be the reference in every operation of transport and logistics.

In my role, I focus on transforming our customers' needs into seamless experiences, simplifying legacy and complex software into manageable steps toward success.

My daily responsibilities include collaborating with product owners on surveys, business strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. I also facilitate workshops, design sprints, and DesignOps initiatives.

Moreover, I played a pivotal role in implementing and evangelizing the Spotify Squad framework within the company, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that continues to drive our team's growth and efficiency.

My role encompassed end-to-end product design, from defining strategy to executing UX and coordinating with development teams.

I collaborated closely with product owners on surveys, business strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Additionally, I facilitated workshops, design sprints, and DesignOps initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient approach to product design and development.

Empregos.com.br is a channel for career guidance. There are more than 170 thousand registered companies, more than 4.5 million registered professionals and more than 120 thousand jobs.

My role was initially UX Design, acting in the accompaniment of qualitative and quantitative researches, with rapid responses to the conversion and understanding of site usage, creating wireframes, prototypes and field tests. At some point I was responsible for leading the team design experience, understanding business needs and engaging with marketing to get better results in the short term.

Mac Chips is a solid company with 35 years of market, reference in the creation and development of solutions for the People Management area.

Responsible for creating system layouts, I worked on large scale projects for the human resources tracking, I was responsible for the Design of the company throughout my stay, I worked with Layouts, html, css, social media and printed.
