About Eric Cheng

Career Coach at Singapore Institute of Technology

Hi, I'm Eric and I am currently a Career Coach. Through the span of my 23 years of professional career, I had been involved in engineering design where I also led production teams as well as research development teams. In addition to working cross-functionally with key teams in the engineering company, I pivoted to a full-time pastoral role leading congregations of up to 500 people and raising up teams and team leaders for the different projects I undertook. I had cross-cultural leadership experience, having spent 1 year in Melbourne, Australia and 3 years in Cologne, Germany for church planting and handing over the leadership to the locals. I am currently a career coach and I aim to empower young people to find out and be the best version of themselves in their careers and in their lives.

I can help you with: Learning how to navigate life's transitions How to improve your public speaking skills How to be an effective leader who trains others to be leaders Resume & Cover Letter reviews
