I'm Eric. I have a variety of professional experience starting as a software engineering all the way through leading high-end engineering teams, architecture, technology strategy, product management, and R&D. I spent my time working mostly in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries focusing on manufacturing, sales, logistics, and R&D spaces within those industries.

I enjoy mentoring or coaching individuals in all phases of their careers. I recognize that everyone is different and situations can be quiet complex at times.
