• Adapted, implemented and improved the use of STATIK in 5 HR teams and the Sustainability Team;

• Facilitated/enabled effective meetings with metrics, mentoring leaders and teams to focus in Outcomes (e.g., Hypothesis of Value, feedbacks) and Flow Metrics (e.g., Aging WIP, Throughput, Lead Time, Cycle Time);

• Co-created the MVP ideation and managed the delivery of a PowerBI dashboard with Flow Metrics, very similar to ActionableAgile and GetNave.

I created and keep improving the TSP Method, adapting my expertise and lessons learnt with AI, Agile Development, Agnostic Agile, Stoic Philosophy, Minimalism, Essentialism, Artificial Intelligence, GTD, ZTD, GyShiDo, Mental Models, Systems Thinking, creating good habits and erasing bad ones.

Mentored and coached leaders and teams to improve ways of working (~50 people in total, all remotely).

・Facilitated the definition of the Global Internal Audit 5-year Plan.
・Reduced the Lead Time of 2 Teams (Fixed Income Investments) from 45 days to 15 days. Created better ways to manage the work and reduce the dependencies. I worked closely with 2 Agile Coaches, 2 Product Owners, 1 Product Manager, and 3 Team Leaders;
・Improved the Strategy with Tactical Coordination: prepared and facilitated the OKR definition and tracking of a Business Unit (~150 people, Fixed Income Investments), linking with Initiative Portfolio ($$$) and Flight Levels;
・Created a Portfolio Management and mentored leaders to improve the work/initiative management of a Business Unit (Collections, ~300 people);
・Improved Knowledge Management by creating Communities of Practice, and organizing events for knowledge sharing.
