User Experience and Digital Product Design Course Chair at Singapore Polytechnic
Erik is an innovation accelerator and design coach at the Ministry of Defence, Singapore. He drives the induction of the design thinking tools, processes, and mindset to influence organisation development and transformation. He was previously head of the user experience and digital product design course at Singapore Polytechnic. With more than 15 years of experience working on projects across different industries ranging from new food&beverage products, hotel services, healthcare experiences to digital workplace transformation. He is able to connect the dots and imagine innovative ways to change the status quo. Outside of work, Erik is currently completing his doctoral study on design facilitation and coaching at the National University of Singapore.
