What mentees say
“Erik is exceptionally kind, encouraging, and resourceful. I recently had a session with him, and he was remarkably generous in sharing valuable insights on how to enhance my case study presentation. He guided me to understand the hiring manager's perspective and encouraged me to trim unnecessary parts to convey my message more effectively.”
“I had a fantastic mentor session with Erik. He was interested in my aspirations and made me feel heard. His advice felt personal rather than generic. During our session, he provided initial reactions to my portfolio, which I found helpful because it gave me more relevant feedback to implement. I left our meeting feeling encouraged and inspired to continue my product design journey.”
“Erik was proactive and very generous with his time and feedback. I initially planned an introductory session but Erik went above and beyond. Not only he reviewed my portfolio, he was also able to give me feedback on my resume.”
