As the Head of Design at ClinicMind, I lead and provide strategic direction to a talented global design team. My primary focus is to drive design excellence and deliver visually appealing, intuitive user experiences that align with ClinicMind's product goals and brand standards.

I supervised and mentored team of 5 Designers and 5 Researchers in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies. Led initial development of comprehensive design system aimed at unifying NextGen Healthcare's suite of product offerings. Implemented key processes to support organization's shift towards design-centric and research-driven approach, which laid foundational steps for enhanced product innovation and user experiences.

In 2021, I was retained on contract by Boston Children’s Hospital to receive design handoff of Vaccines.gov from The White House’s U.S. Digital Service Team, spearheading design solutions that facilitated team updates to the site within hours following new CDC releases.

In this role, I directed cross-functional design initiatives to seamlessly integrate global features and services across SMART’s diverse digital product catalog, ensuring cohesive user experiences on web, mobile, and interactive display platforms.

Played pivotal leadership role in reimagining cutting-edge virtual tour platform, Amazon Explore, resulting in higher user satisfaction scores and positive feedback from guides and customers, establishing it as a premier virtual tour experience.

During my time with Amazon Game Studio, I was chosen by Senior Leadership to drive the design of 2 CEO-initiated projects, numerous game interfaces, game and studio marketing materials, and product concepts for high-profile clients such as Disney and Lucasfilm’s Star Wars franchise.

As one of the founding members of Tag Creative Design Studio, I created Tag’s corporate identity, led the development of the studio’s brand implementation and designed interactive experiences for such key clients as HTC, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and Starbucks.

At Valve, I was contracted to create advertising assets for AAA PC games. I notably revolutionized the Steam support channel with a strategic redesign, drastically reducing helpline calls and service tickets, thus enhancing support efficiency. I also introduced the concept for full homepage takeovers during key marketing campaigns, allowing featured games to visually dominate the homepage. This strategy improved promotional negotiations with second and third-party studios, significantly elevating our marketing effectiveness.

In my first role with a game development studio, I produced wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes for Marvel Super Hero Squad Online’s UI.

I was the Lead Designer for Xbox.com’s 2005 redesign. I supervised a 7-person design team, provided art direction on marketing assets created for AAA game titles, and established the production pipelines that delivered the projects on-time.
