Lead Visual and UX designer at the ambitious start-up Screen Time Labs. 
Now a part of Awareness Technologies.

During my time there I did a UX review of multiple user on-boarding processes and re-designed visuals and planned development changes alongside the development team. I also redesigned and improved the overall interface, improving and more clearly surfacing the offering of the app and it's features.

STL was a small company so I pitched in whenever things like marking graphics, email design and code was needed.

A managerial position of a small internal design team, leading core digital/web projects and supporting print projects for the Unite Students brand.

This included projects such as a Chinese language Microsite, Full UX review and re-design of the purchase journey, apps and brand development.

UI/UX designer for Tracesmart which was acquired by LexisNexis.

I worked with the development team and product owners on various risk and legal digital producrts working to improve the experience and interfaces of these products.

Due to a terminal family illness I regrettably left Lexis Nexis after 6 months to move to my hometown to support with care.

From Junior design through to Mid-weight ,I joined Confused.com after a work placement with the previous Senior Designer and Web Producer. We built the design team up to the current capacity taking on more ambitious projects as we raised our internal profile and produced great design that had clear investment returns.

Predominantly designing for digital with some print projects, for the marketing department and wider company. 

I took on large scale projects such as the re-design of the Credit Cards online offering, Production photography, Micro-sites and app designs as well as supporting the entire rebrand.

Various digital creative work including E-newsletter design & development, Web design & Development, Graphic design and office/project/account management.
