About esen pence

Creative Director at Blueshift Nutrition

Hi I'm Esen. My background is in graphic design + illustration and I have 13 years of experience working for brands in the beverage, luxury hospitality, CPG, and the wellness & fitness supplement spaces as a brand creative. I've built and led teams, created product packaging and launched countless skus, crafted advertising campaigns, and grew brands while managing stakeholders and working closely with marketers. I'd love to give back by reviewing portfolios, resumes, or helping someone out of a situation they're stuck in in a professional environment. I'm an immigrant from Istanbul and primarily spent my time here in Philadelphia and Vermont. I look forward to meeting individuals whom I can support into the next step in their careers.
