With the main focus of making sure all the processes, flows, and operations are implemented, QA is happening regularly, and continuously improved overtime to ensure the best quality of service to be offered to our clients in our internal team, main roles and responsibilities are:
•	 Focusing on planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, building QA plans, and improving various operations for the Students Operations team (e.g. Applications, Admissions, Enrollments, Mentors' sourcing and performance QA, and Communications).
•	Focusing on process excellence and optimization and setting these operations for scale and growth. 
•	Managing all the operations for the admissions, filtration, grading, distribution, enrollment setup, enrollment, kick-off, communications, mentors’ sourcing, mentors’ performance QA, graduating, and reporting for the students in our programs across many countries around the globe (in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, Chile, Lebanon)
