Engaging in collaboration with dynamic teams to develop comprehensive software/technology solutions for end-to-end supply chain systems encompassing first, middle, and last-mile operations. Demonstrating visionary leadership and technical expertise in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhancing the quality and performance of all services within the Supply Chain Technology domain through proactive maintenance, vigilant monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts
- Providing strategic technical guidance, direction, and mentorship to a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary engineering workforce to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance products
- Translating product requirements into actionable technical steps, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution
- Establishing scalable processes and overseeing their implementation, striking the right balance between structure and adaptability. Measuring critical metrics and driving improvements in quality, speed, and overall impact
- Assuming end-to-end ownership of product lifecycles, encompassing development, testing, and production, as well as subsequent troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives.

My 50% task are managing team, mentoring and coaching technical team, keep all team member happily working within the team and to make sure they still on the right track to make something happen and better, focus on consumer and have growth mindset.

And my other half task is still doing what I love from the beginning, working as an Engineer with various tech stack, to make a scalable microservices. My responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Designs technological architecture of the product
- Translate business requirement into technical plan
- Explore technology choices
- Identify and fix design deficiencies

What I'm doing as an engineer is to make anything happen,make anything better!

Playing with Go language, ReactJS and sometimes Angular, Elasticsearch, NSQ, Postgres, Dgraph (Graph Database) and Redis, to make scalable microservices.

Supervising, leading and mentoring application development team. Make sure they followed company coding guideline and framework.

Think forward, ensuring our application remains at the cutting edge of technologies and discuss with manager whether we adopt it or just ignore it.

Do system analyzing in partner with system analyst and also do
timeline forecasting if any new system is ready to develop.

Mostly playing with Microsoft technology such as SharePoint, ASP.NET MVC with C#. And also using hybrid mobile development technology to make some mobile apps.
