The San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association is a nonprofit public policy organization that brings people together from across the political spectrum to develop solutions to cities' big problems. The decisions that shape housing, transportation, land use, economics, food access, sustainability, and resilience significantly impact people’s lives. We practice urban policy, developing and advocating for ideas and reforms to bring about systems change.

I lead product design on our B2B2C products & services, from discovery to launch, for six teams: Legal, Growth/Video, Editors, Partnerships/Integrations, A.I Platform, and Revver Experience/Marketplace. 

0→1: Legal (entire vertical), Vimeo Integration (largest deal in Rev's history), Marketplace Segmentation, Conversational AI (Chatbot: Prompt Engineering & Generative AI using GPT-4 and 3), NLP in Editors.  

N→1: Customer and Marketplace Editors (transcription, subtitle, & captions), Voice User Interface (VUI), Billing & Payments, and internal dashboards for Ops and admin. 

I closely partner with product leads, tech leads, engineering directors, speech scientists, and Ops directors to define a long-term and short-term strategy to serve our users while achieving business goals. 

Rev helps people understand the human voice using the world's best automatic speech recognition (ASR) and natural language processing (NLP). Our speech-to-text services provide captions, transcripts, and subtitles with unmatched speed, accuracy, and affordability - we make every word actionable and accessible.

Design products & services using both human & software touchpoints through the entire cycle: user research, competitive analysis, feasibility assessments, prioritization, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, impact analysis & iteration.

Reimagine is a nonprofit that address the inequities surrounding how we live and die. 

In 2019, we hosted more than 250 experiences all around the Bay Area, from the California Academy of Sciences, The Punchline, the Boys and Girls Club, the Mezzanine, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, The Asian Art Museum, The SF Libraries, The Walt Disney Museum, community centers, art galleries, churches, temples, parks, bars, concert venues, and more.

Co-designed and launched Medi-Cal's dental pilot, DentiCal, with the Alameda County Public Health Department. DentiCal provided easier access to dental care for 15.3 million Californians (40% of the state's population). Led strategy for outreach, training partnerships, dentist onboarding, and continuity of care CRM HIPAA compliant products and services. 

EBAC serves children and communities disproportionately impacted by poverty, violence, marginalization, loss of loved ones, and other forms of trauma through a comprehensive continuum of services designed to reduce the incidence and impact of adverse experiences resulting in immediate and long-term life improvement for children and their families.

East Bay Agency for Children’s  Family Resource Center connects families to vital public benefits and safety net services, including:
•Healthcare insurance, Medi-Cal, and Denti-Cal enrollment and retention
•Application assistance for CalFresh (food stamps), CalWorks, Social Security, In-Home Support Services, and OUSD Enrollment.
•Legal workshops in partnership with Centro Legal de la Raza, Causa Justa (Just Cause), and East Bay Community Law Center.
•Information and referrals for child support, child care, housing, and mental health services.
•Case management partnership with SSA
•Emergency food and clothing
•Translation and interpretation
