About Esther Yip

Product Design Lead at Endowus

πŸ’¬ Chat with me about design careers, methodologies, collaborative design with non-designers, and thoughts about the design scene in Singapore.

🌱 I'm a product designer, with stints in tech companies, startups, consultancies, non-profit and government for the past 9 years. I also teach design at Nanyang Technological University.

πŸ’– With a varied background in social design, systems engineering and analytics, my approach towards design is grounded in care, personal introspection and systems thinking.

✨ My humble hope here is to inspire designers to bring their authentic selves and have more deliberate values in the way they present and approach their work.
