At American Honda, I was the brand whisperer for Honda and Acura. I'd dive deep into user research, emerging with golden nuggets of insight that I'd transform into eye-catching visuals. It was like being a UX alchemist, turning user pain points into design gold! ✨
But wait, there's more! I also got to play with cutting-edge tech, designing flows that would make even Tony Stark jealous. AI, VR, AR, MR - you name it, I've prototyped it! 🦸♀️
Before that, I wore many hats - UX Researcher at Wemeno, UX Design Specialist & Programmer at Verizon Business. I was part detective (conducting user interviews), part mad scientist (running usability tests), and part data wizard (conjuring automated reports). 🕵️♂️🧪🧙♂️
