Hi I'm Eva and I’m a customer-centric Product and Innovation strategist and Experience designer who loves unpacking complex challenges and crafting products people love.

With my grassroots in technology and data, and 10 years of experience in product strategy and Human-centred Design (HCD), I have led and worked with cross-functional teams to craft and grow digital products with value-driven and data based approach, across multiple industries.
