About Eveline Irene
Product Designer at Gojek Indonesia
I am a Product Designer for a Customer Platform at Gojek, a super app that has a mission to make people's lives easier. On a daily basis, the Customer Platform Design Team has been faced with the broadest design challenge because we are the 'Front Door" of this super app operated in some countries in SE Asia.
We strive to optimize the customers experience in the 'Front Door' so that we can bring them to the other sub product/service flows seamlessly.
To meet that goal, we fail, we learn, and we iterate. And beyond that, there are so many things or learnings that I can share. How we collaborate within the Gojek ecosystem and execute better design will be my main topic in every session I handle.
After all, I am so passionate to become a mentor here because I see that there are so many talents that don't have privilege or access in SE Asia to learn more on UX Design. I have a great mission to open up wider access for those who want to start working in this industry or who want to improve their skills while working in this industry.
My key topics are basic user experience, collaboration with head and peers, design documentation, design experiments, qualitative & quantitative data (I was a Growth Designer back then), and how to understand our customers better.
