As Head of Product at Insider I am responsible for the full product development cycle starting from product vision and strategy to grow-to-market strategy. 

Key results: 
- Developed product from scratch and grew it up to five-digit number of registered users from zero with good behavioral metrics (retention/activities)

Responsibilities:
- Led the strategy, road mapping, and prioritization 
- Led fully independent product team of 15 members - developers, designer, marketers, analysts and researchers
- Owned product discovery process - market, competitors and user researches, UI/UX, in-depth interviews
- Developed go-to-market strategy 
- Day-to-day work with backlog prioritization, product efficiency metrics, hypothesis  
- Stakeholder management (C-level), managed the budget

Skyeng - the largest EdTech in Europe with 150k+ active students.

Main KPI: revenue growth from new and existing customers through direct marketing channels (email, push, sms, in-app), special projects and webinars. 

Key results:
- New customer share in marketing mix through owned channels increased by 30% 
- Growth of area of responsibility - started with 5 people on the team and came to manage 4 departments and 13 employees. 

Responsibilities:
- Team management - hiring and letting go, team development (PDP, mentoring, performance reviews, 360-degree feedback)
- Planning: budgets, KPI and OKR, projects – annual and quarterly planning based on performance forecasts, available resources, cross-team collaboration.
- Analytics – performance metrics control and factor analysis

TechnoNICOL - producer of building materials and systems with 54 production sites in 7 countries and annual turnover of more than 1.2 billion Euro.

Key results:
- 30% brand awareness growth for b2c products line.
- Launched 2 branding campaigns (OLV, TV, programmatic banners, ppc) with a reach of 30 million customers.  While maintaining the budget, the overall campaign reach KPI was exceeded by 13%, the volume of impressions - by 40%, views by 56%.

Responsibilities:
- Global marketing projects leader: branding and performance (UA) campaigns, retention campaigns (CRM marketing, social media), content marketing
- Developed digital products from scratch – websites, mobile apps (iOS, Android).
- Management – budget, internal processes, people management.
- Market and user research.

Key results:
- Launched several websites and special projects with more than 500k MAU.
- Created Android app "Heat insulation calculator" with 3 different building calculators and heat insulation catalog. 
- Email-marketing: build lead generation strategy, implemented new ESP (Expertsender). Grew subscribers list to ~50k in a year.
- Social media - strategy, content planning and creation, analytics. 
- Re-launched Youtube channel and got 3 times growth in views from search and recommendations.

AgilelMail is a SAAS solution that helps email-marketers to increase efficiency of email marketing using real-time content which is dynamically changes based on the context of a particular open - e.g. based on time of the day, geo-location, weather and temperature, OS.

Key result: launched public version of a product, created successful cases with e-commerce companies - 4lapy.ru, Vse Instrumenti and Butik.ru.

Key responsibilities:
- Key customers support: MediaMarkt, The Body Shop, Mothercare, Starbucks, etc (up to 30 customers at one time)
- Integrations of customer's CRM/CMS with Expertsender marketing platform.
- Deliverability control and problem solving on the ESP level, communication with ISP anti-spam departments (Mail.ru, Yandex).
- Analytics and email campaign optimization.
