About Ezequiel Tuero

Product & Agile Professor at EducacionIT

Hi, I'm Ezequiel. I've spent almost 15 years working in Product, but these last few years I found my sweet spot in Agile Delivery and Product Operations; basically, helping teams organize how they work so they can actually ship and not just talk about shipping. I led the agile adoption at the software factory I work at, and delivering products for clients in different industries has taught me a lot about what actually works (and what doesn't) depending on context. I also mentor PMs and Project Managers, and teach Agile & Product Management courses (450+ students so far).

Sessions with Ezequiel Tuero

  • Not sure where to start? Let's figure it out (30 min): If you're not sure whether your problem is about process, prioritization, team dynamics, or something else entirely โ€” this is the session for you. We'll spend the time diagnosing what's actually going on and figuring out the best next step, whether that means working together again or not.
  • Fix my team's delivery, it's not working right now (30 min): If you're not sure whether your problem is about process, prioritization, team dynamics, or something else entirely, this is the session for you. We'll spend the time diagnosing what's actually going on and figuring out the best next step, whether that means working together again or not.
  • Build agile processes your org can actually use (30 min): For managers, heads of product, or tech leads who need to go beyond their own team โ€” designing delivery frameworks, rolling out agile practices across multiple teams, or building the operating model that makes consistent shipping possible at scale. I've done this inside a software factory and can help you do it in your context.
