In my capacity as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Digital Marketing Program at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, I'll be dedicated to the following:

1. Upholding and improving the program's integrity and standard by strategically evaluating our credit and noncredit courses.
2. Offering constructive feedback on courses that adds value to our program and the broader business community.
3. Dispensing expertise to faculty and students via occasional classroom appearances, as well as through forums and conferences.
4. Advocating for the program's mission to integrate industry knowledge with academic learning, ensuring our efforts stay relevant and beneficial.

•	Developed and now manages digital, IT, business excellence, sustainability and technology strategy, including a new Digital Roadmap. Established and now leads the Digital Transformation Function.

•Educated the Board of Directors, departmental heads and employees about significant business risks.

•Implemented a risk-based internal control framework / process; enhanced governance, reduced risk and better aligned strategic objectives with business goals.

In charge of construction of a a three floors' building.

•Led several projects; the analysis, design, execution, and training phases for Prometia's risk management solutions (ALM, Fund Transfer Pricing, Credit Risk, Loan Origination and MIS).  
•Managed consultants on-site and helped them to achieve the project scope within timeline / budget.
•Involved in client negotiations to scope new projects. 
•Also played a key role in pre-sales activities (demos and RFPs), and proof of concept workshops for risk management solutions software for prospective clients in the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.
•Trained employees in credit risk and loan origination.

Performed studies for several clients regarding infrastructure setup. Studies included Hardware sizing and selection, choice of operating system and services design and implementation.
