- Manage cross-functional teams Including QA, Business Analytics and UI/UX teams
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for QA engineering team using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy and Microsoft Azure.
- Review and manage code bases written in Java, Groovy or Javascript for the Quality Engineering Team

- Manage and optimize product quality processes for 4 businesses and product lines Including Recova (lending automation), Core Banking(Bank One), Cluster (Agent banking & Merchant Acquisition), Prime (On demand Card generation and dispensation for Financial Institutions)
- Provide Guidance in formulation of company policies and processes with regards to product development & release
- Plan and formulate testing strategies
- Plan and measure testing and product quality goals 
- Participate in technical interviews and assessment of QA Candidates
- Oversight and Management of the change management process

I work with the DevOps team to ensure and verify the quality of software that is being deployed for use in the bank's operations.

Reads and understands the business requirement and specification documents of products and services developed.
Works closely with DevOps to ensure quality and stability of projects delivered.
Performs stress, load and functional testing of UI/UX, micro-services, web and mobile applications.
Performs test case generation and management for all projects in the testing phase of SDLC.
