As a Senior Product Designer, I have extensive experience in leading design initiatives and managing and mentoring junior designers. 
In addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design projects from start to finish, I have taken a proactive approach to improve our design practices. I have started a design system that has streamlined our workflow, and I have established a user research practice that includes bi-weekly presentations to keep our team informed of the latest insights and trends. 
I take pride in helping other designers to grow and develop their skills while ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

As a one-person-Product Design team, I reported to the Product Director and Founder, built the design system, established user research practices, and introduced tools like Figma to enable cross-functional collaboration and deliver customer-focused products.
