We create and implement the first marketplace logistics platform in Indonesia. We are ranging from discussions to find ideas and think about how this platform can run and develop properly. 

I Collaborate with Stakeholder, Operational Team, and Developers Team for creating a seamless export-import system.
- Define Export-Import Issues and Understand Stakeholder's Bussines Model (Needs dan Vision) 
- Designing a platform Logistic Marketplace For Ocean Freight and Land Freight. The platforms are: 

    1. Customers Platform: Create booking and manage an ocean freight or/and land freight
    2. Operational Platform: Management Booking  System, Integration with Port, Integration with Truck Vendor
    3.  Trucker Platform: Assign Driver, Pick Driver - Vehicles, Truck Location Tracking.

- Defined Export-Import ocean freight process (Booking Ocean Freight, Processing Documents, Truck System Integration, and Port System Integration)
- Created wireframes, prototypes, low fidelity design, and turn it to high fidelity design.

My responsibilities are:
- Oversee the overall design strategy

- Responsible in UX&UI with the engineering team . My Role is Creating User Experience & User Interface Piniship Platform Designing from scratch to the end. The feature: Booking a Freight, integrating Logistic Vehicles, Insurance, Payments, Documents, Tracking Shipment and Pay later. 

- Lead full design lifecycle, including taking and interrogating briefs, helping to facilitate kick-off meetings and workshops, making initial sketches and concepts, and conducting design testing and research

- Responsible and Create Corporate Visual Identity Graphic - Motion

Piniship helps companies that carry out export-import activities in Indonesia for now. Piniship exceeds all limits by providing ease in ordering, shipping, and even payment systems. Piniship has cooperated with more than 8 of the largest shipping companies in the world, with routes to more than 200 international ports, and more than 30 countries in 2018.
