Hi, I am Faisal and have more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. And it has helped me develop my skills in building trust with leaders, dealing with niche category of employees using high level of EI, listening skills, patience, maturity as well as contributing in maintaining and developing the brand equity of the organization. I have worked across IT, Engineering, Media and Financial Services sectors and have predominantly worked with multinational organizations.

I believe in the power of 'change'. But honestly, I am not someone who can change the world, in fact; I cant even get my wife to change the TV channel.. but you know what, I am really good with influencing, guiding and supporting individuals and teams in a positive way and thereby contributing in building positive institutions.
