Breaking into tech

* Respond to meetup inquiries and expressions of interest (via Mentor Slack, Ambassador Slack, and the community @adplist.org inbox)
* Respond to all meetup requests within 5 working days. 
If approved: Confirm the date, time, location, meet point, capacity, etc.
If rejected: Provide an explanation (<150 ADPeople in the area, missing information, doesn’t qualify as a casual meetup, etc.)
* Create Luma registrations and customize them with accurate details (capacity, title, description, custom question for data tracking, scheduled Blasts, follow-up email, etc.)
* Ensure every meetup is properly tagged on the Community Calendar
* Grant hosts Manager-level access
* Respond to questions and concerns from meetup hosts via the community Inbox or Slack.
* Send meetup tips + reminders to hosts ~1 week before and a ‘thank you’ message to hosts (to collect photos, feedback, and data) after the meetup.
* Review feedback from meetup hosts and attendees on a regular basis

* Manage and recruit new mentors to the ADPLlist platform by meticulously reviewing mentor applications and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
* Co-host New Mentor Orientation Program with team members to onboard newly approved mentors to the platform and community of mentors.
* Drive Slack engagements, and ensure mentors feel supported, valued, and connected, nurturing a vibrant and inclusive community.
