After a year at Storyteq (Creative Automation), my role transitioned onto the group level. This gives me exposure to tech roles in other business areas such as Storyteq CMP, Digital Engineering & Deployteq.

With over 1,500 ITGers throughout our global offices, we simplify the complicated, automate the tedious, and create the beautiful.

My main responsibilities:
- Recruit talent for our product, engineering and some commercial teams in the NL and the UK
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in conjunction with hiring managers
- Determine current staffing needs, produce forecasts and recruiting talent
- Reviewing and assessing incoming applicants as well as actively reaching out both active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Craft and update job descriptions
- Prepare job offer letters in conjunction with hiring managers
- Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Perform background and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire) and report on our Weekly Company Wide standup
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests

Employer Branding Responsibilities:
⚡Go to person for a team of individuals on the Employer Branding team (communications specialist and graphic designer) of HOT.
⚡Time and scope management. From staying within the budget to completing tasks on time, my role is to ensure the team will deliver the creative assets that were promised within set parameters.
⚡Owner of the Employer Branding roadmap.
⚡Next to our Employer Branding team, work together with Marketing to define a clear workload split, KPI’s and clear day-to-day working goals to ensure delivery.
⚡Network across multiple teams, tracks, and disciplines to achieve objectives, proactively builds productive relationships across teams and departments.
⚡A brand advocate for Sendcloud.

My responsibilities are to:

•	Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
•	Plan and manage recruitment campaigns (Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads) and newsletters
•	Track, measure, and report on campaign results
•	Oversee the company’s career site and suggest SEO improvements
•	Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
•	Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruitment industry
•	Manage our company's social media platforms using social media management tools
•	Create and publish weekly content and visuals for Storsen and Popcorn Recruiters (business case studies, blog posts etc.)
•       Edit websites (www.storsen.com and www.popcornrecruiters.com )
•	Suggest SEO improvements

I collaborated with a graphic designer and web developer to create Popcorn Recruiters' website from scratch. Together we created a visual identity, layout, and content of the page.

Example of roles I recruited for: Python Developer, Frontend developer, UX/UI designer, Citrix Implementation Engineer, Software Architect, DevOps Engineer, Customer Support Agent with German, Head of Growth, Head of Sales DACH. 

My main responsibility is to find and attract candidates interested in new work opportunities, in order to make a mutually beneficial relationship for both candidates and our clients.

Every new project includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify the position’s requirements, exploring the industry market of interest, and drafting recruiting cold messages.

The main part of my work revolves around the implementation of various sourcing techniques via Social Media networks to identify and contact potential candidates, performing resume screening and prescreen interviews, and guiding candidates through the first steps in the recruitment process by mediating communication between candidates and clients.

Ultimately, as a Talent Acquisiton Specialist, I am responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and keeping track of recruiting metrics.

As a Talent Research Intern at Storsen, my work primarily revolves around identifying and pre-selecting candidates both for us and our clients. 

Main responsibilities and daily challenges include using business and social media networks to find, screen and connect with potential candidates, candidate screening and performing pre-selection interviews.

As Storsen is a global outsourcing provider, I work on both international and local projects from our office in Sarajevo.

I enjoyed teaching English to Japanese students from all walks of life. Some of them were businessmen, while others were artists, high schoolers, physicists, doctors, engineers. You name it! Once I even had a 2-year-old in my class. It was so much fun!
