Responsibilities include:

Lead, mentor, and guide UX/UI Designers on applying user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences.

· Educate team members on making decisions about the appropriate practices to utilize and when, helping them to recognize when to deliver a prototype versus a bare-bones sketch or wireframes.

· Ensure that employees practice continuous learning aligned with User Experience and Design Thinking practices.

· Monitor product metrics as an indication of usability.

· Support UX/UI communities of practice to promote awareness and knowledge of best practices across the larger Arcadis.
