We'll conduct mock interviews, provide personalized feedback, and equip you with effective interview techniques. Join this mentorship to excel in job interviews and land your desired position.
• Growth plan and boost design career (60 min): During this session, I will take a comprehensive approach to assist our mentees in creating a personalized growth plan tailored to their career aspirations. We will explore various facets of professional development, such as identifying specific goals, skill enhancement, and building a roadmap for success. Furthermore, the session will include a deep dive into the world of design careers. I will share insights, strategies, and industry-specific tips to help mentees not only thrive in their current roles but also advance in their design careers. Topics may include portfolio development, networking, staying updated with industry trends, and seizing growth opportunities. By the end of this session, mentees will be equipped with a comprehensive growth plan and a toolkit of strategies and skills to excel in their design careers and effectively communicate their aspirations to their managers.
