About Felicia Soon
Strategy Manager at Imperial College London
I’m a strategy and growth operator with experience across tech, marketplaces, and consumer platforms, including Google, Apple, TikTok, and Traveloka. My work has sat at the intersection of growth, operations, market expansion, pricing, product, and cross-functional execution.
I’ve worked across APAC, EMEA, and the US, and have lived and studied in multiple countries including Singapore, the UK, Japan, Denmark, Dubai, the US, and Thailand. That global exposure has shaped how I think about careers, ambiguity, communication, and building a path that is both strategic and personally sustainable.
I can help you with:
Resume and portfolio reviews Interview preparation and storytelling Career pivots into strategy, growth, operations, or tech Breaking into global companies Structuring messy career experiences into a clear narrative Communicating better with stakeholders Thinking through relocation, international careers, and non-linear paths
I’m especially helpful for people who feel they have strong experience, but are not sure how to position it clearly. My mentoring style is practical, honest, and focused on helping you leave with sharper direction, not generic advice.
