With over 10 years of experience in the service sector, I have a proven track record of creating and launching successful digital products and new business models in various industries, such as telecom, investment banking, loyalty, and payments. I leverage my expertise in agile frameworks, design thinking, OKR, lean, kanban, and data-driven decision making to deliver value and results for our clients and stakeholders.
