Aided in a research collaboration to expand and further develop the concept of Hatchways across the DFW metroplex.

I self-conducted research implementations with the guided help from the UI/UX developer, internal departments, and SCAD Professors to propose innovation opportunities, over the course of 10-weeks.

Collaborated in the Museums Framework for Engaging with a Art research study to understand the preferences and behaviors of museum visitors aiding in:

• conducting surveys
•conducting and collaborating in co-creation workshops
• measuring the influx of traffic of several museums
entrances at various times of the day
• consolidating the information into a working solution
•report information back to the museum curator 

During the course of my 6-month contract, my team and I were able to track the seasonal trends of customers, report back to the Museum to curate events and installations based on the preferences of certain focus groups.

Through the delivery of excellent hospitality and service, our duties as Representatives include evangelizing the brand and build our Member community. Additionally, by being on the guest-facing front lines of the business, Representatives are a critical asset in helping to perfect and grow this concept as we scale across DFW and beyond. Daily duties include but are not limited to: Efficient front desk clerk with proven guest service skills, aiding the adjacent Cafe run and deliver orders, and show prospective clients showrooms and workspace areas when needed.

Created, presented, and proposed a future ecosystem map for South Magazine at a micro and macro level. Using human-centered design we:
• interviewed and surveyed in-house employees
• implemented a series of assessments and prototypes 
• conducted multiple co-creation workshops
We were able to improve client and employee retention. Modify and solidify the publication process to avoid delays and interruptions during the editorial process. Improve employee moralee.

As a Service asst. I was cross-trained over a variety of different departments during my time here at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. I worked here over a period of two quarters one being the Summer of 2018 and again that following Winter of 2018/19. My jobs were as follows; Loan-Car assistant, Cashier, Receptionist, and the overall, Service Asst. While each job had similar but different responsibilities, the overall contributions and performance levels were the same. While working in a high-paced environment, I closely monitored and performed at the level of my other well-respected colleagues. All employees are kept at a high level of professionalism and expected to not only maintain a high standard of customer service but also leave long-lasting relations/impressions to our guests.

Student Ambassadors get the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects and assisting staff to host events and tours for our students. Our weekly duties include but are not limited to; front desk receptionists, tour guides, prospective students and family lunch visits, school visits, and much more. Student Ambassadors are responsible for welcoming prospective students and their families to campus and assisting staff at events for new students. Student Ambassadors are carefully selected based on grades, personality, character, communication skills and enthusiasm.
