A highly motivated person with a high interest in Human Resource Management and Organization Industry demonstrated by 12 years of Human Resource experience. I have high desire to learn and am an enthusiastic and responsible person.
After 4 years work in Human Resource area, I had realised that I need to gain a higher level of knowledge in Human Resource Management. My passion for Human Resource and high desire to become expert in Human Resource drove me to continue my study in master degree. I currently gained my master degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relation from The University of Sydney. I do believe a good combination of my experience and knowledge in Human Resource Management will enable me to bring a significant impact on the organization.
